## How to use

1. Use the LeanOnMe Shampoo in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. Wet the scalp and hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo and massage the scalp for approximately 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. As often as you already wash. Do not pile it straight onto dry hair; a shampoo needs water in the hair to spread at all.
