VT Cosmetics Lip Care

Five lip plumpers in a Beginner and an Expert strength plus three tinted versions, and the strength is the only decision that matters here. Start at Beginner, because these work by irritation and the tingle is the mechanism rather than a side effect. All five are between 4 and 5 grams, so compare on strength and shade rather than on size.
