We are a US based store selling the Korean market release of Korean skincare, shipped to you from California or direct from Korea. This page is where you find out how to reach us and what to send when you do.

Which channel to use

Email us at contact@korean-pharmacy.com. A person on our team reads every message and replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pacific.

What to include when you write about an order

Four things get your question answered on the first reply rather than the third:

• Your order number, and the name the order was placed under.
• The product you are asking about, ideally the exact listing name.
• What you want to happen, whether that is a return, a replacement, or an answer.
• For anything damaged or incorrect, a photo of the item and of the outer packaging.

What we can help with

Order status and tracking, returns inside the 30 day window, anything that arrived damaged or incorrect, and questions about which market a product was made for. If a production code on your box will not resolve, or comes back older than you expected, write to us before you open it.

We cannot give medical or dermatological advice, and we do not diagnose skin conditions. For anything in that territory, please speak to a clinician.

Payment runs on Shopify’s secure hosted checkout, and our terms of service, refund policy and shipping policy set out exactly what you are agreeing to.
