How to use

  1. Use the Soak Tattoo Tint 3.1ml 03 Chou Chou on clean lips, at any point in the day and again as the last thing before bed.
  2. Apply directly to the lips using the applicator. Layer as desired to build color.
  3. It goes on last over any lip product, and on bare lips it needs nothing underneath it.
  4. As often as lips feel dry. Do not reapply over and over in place of drinking water; a balm holds moisture in, it does not add any.
