How to use
- Use the Soak Tattoo Tint 3.1ml 03 Chou Chou on clean lips, at any point in the day and again as the last thing before bed.
- Apply directly to the lips using the applicator. Layer as desired to build color.
- It goes on last over any lip product, and on bare lips it needs nothing underneath it.
- As often as lips feel dry. Do not reapply over and over in place of drinking water; a balm holds moisture in, it does not add any.
