- Use the Body Vita Mist on the body at any point in the day, over bare skin.
- Spray evenly onto desired areas of the body and gently pat until absorbed. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- It can go on before a body lotion, or on its own when a lotion feels like too much.
- As often as skin feels dry. Do not spray it over clothing to save time; the layer belongs on skin.
