- Use it in the evening after cleansing, on a nose that is properly wet.
- Press the strip flat with the smooth side down and smooth out every air pocket.
- Leave it ten to fifteen minutes until it feels stiff, then peel it slowly from the edges and rinse.
- Once a week at most. Do not use it on skin that is broken or already sore.
