- Press a patch onto clean, dry skin at the end of the evening routine, once every leave-on layer has absorbed.
- Pick the size that covers the spot with a little margin, then smooth it down from the center until the edges lie flat.
- Leave it on overnight, take it off in the morning, and put a fresh one on the next evening if the spot is still there.
- One patch per spot per night. Do not apply one over a serum or a cream, and do not put one on broken skin.

- Cellulose Gum thickener
- Cellulose Gum is plant cellulose modified to dissolve in water. It thickens, holds particles in suspension and gives a smooth, slippery body.
- Styrene Isoprene Styrene Block Copolymer film former
- This is the rubbery backbone of a pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is what lets a patch sit on a curved surface for hours and still peel away in one piece.
- Polyurethane Film film former
- Polyurethane Film is the thin backing sheet of a patch. It holds the hydrocolloid mass in place and keeps the outside dry while the side against skin stays sealed.
- Polyisobutylene film former
- Polyisobutene is a synthetic polymer that forms a flexible, water-resistant film. It gives gloss and holds a formula in place, which is why it appears in lip products and long-wear textures.
- Liquid Paraffin occlusive
