How it works
Rough, flaking lip skin does not respond to a balm alone, since conditioning ingredients sit on top of flakes rather than clearing them away. This scrub leads with sucrose, the ingredient doing the physical buffing, suspended in a candelilla wax and triglyceride base so it buffs without feeling harsh.
