- Use the Face Fit Minus Band v2 after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
- Open the package and take the tape in your hands so that the tips are facing up. Peel off the cling film and apply to the chin area so that the cut in the middle of the band is positioned on the tip of the chin. Gently pull up and hang the ear tips. Leave for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
- Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
