- Dot it over the face and blend outward with fingertips or a damp sponge, then build a second thin layer only where you want more cover.
- Moisturizer first, this last. Powder or blush can go over it once it has set for a minute.
- Every morning you want the finish. Do not apply it in one thick pass to get more cover; two thin layers sit flatter and last longer.
