How to use
- Apply directly from the doe-foot applicator to the centre of the lips, then press lips together to spread the tint evenly outward. Layer once more for a stronger stain, or blot the centre if the effect looks too concentrated.
Is the Mini Tint the same formula as the full-size Glow Tint?
