How it works
As a cleansing oil, this product is built to dissolve oil-based buildup like makeup, sunscreen, and sebum that a water-based cleanser alone struggles to lift. Its oil or micellar base binds to that buildup on contact rather than needing to be worked in with water first. Massaging it over dry skin gives the oils time to loosen debris from the surface and pores. Rinsing or wiping then carries that dissolved buildup away. Used as the first half of a double cleanse, it leaves a water-based cleanser with far less work left to do.
