The Micro Dual Serum Toner is a 150ml toner, used straight after cleansing, morning and evening, while the face is still damp. The active it is built around is Niacinamide, named sixth on its own ingredient list. - Use the Micro Dual Serum Toner straight after cleansing, morning and evening, while the face is still damp.
- A coin-sized pool into the palms, pressed over the face in two passes rather than swept on with a cotton pad.
