How it works
As a cleansing water, this product is built to dissolve oil-based buildup like makeup, sunscreen, and sebum that a water-based cleanser alone struggles to lift. Its oil or micellar base binds to that buildup on contact rather than needing to be worked in with water first. Massaging it over dry skin gives the oils time to loosen debris from the surface and pores. Rinsing or wiping then carries that dissolved buildup away. Used as the first half of a double cleanse, it leaves a water-based cleanser with far less work left to do.

How to use
- Use the PPOYAN Lip & Eye Remover before you cleanse in the evening, on eye and lip makeup only, while the face is still dry.
- Soak a cotton pad, hold it flat against closed eyes or over the lips for about twenty seconds so the makeup lifts on its own, then draw it away in one direction.
- It comes before the cleanse, not instead of it. Follow with your usual first cleanse over the whole face and then the second, so nothing it loosened is left sitting on the skin.
- On the evenings you have worn eye or lip makeup, and only those. Do not spread it over the whole face; it is built for the two areas a face cleanser is not meant to go, and the rest of the face is the cleanser's job.
