PDRN Vita Toning Ampoule is Genabelle's ampoule, formulated to concentrate its actives into a small-volume, fast-absorbing dose meant to be layered under a moisturizer rather than used alone. Niacinamide sits right at the top of the ingredient list, just after the base, a barrier-supporting, tone-evening amide that also supports a brighter-looking tone with regular use. Sodium DNA sits high on the ingredient list, the salmon-derived polynucleotide (PDRN) this formula is built around, associated with supporting the skin barrier and with plumping. Arginine sits mid list, an amino acid working as a humectant and pH-buffering ingredient. Genabelle's PDRN line runs on Sodium DNA, the salmon-derived polynucleotide the brand is best known for, alongside centella and portulaca extracts.

How to use
- Apply it after your toner while the skin is still damp, so it spreads across the whole face.
- Use a generous amount and cover the jaw and neck rather than dabbing at individual marks.
- Follow with a moisturiser, and wear a sunscreen every morning while you are working on tone.
- Do not stack it with a strong exfoliating acid on the same night while your skin is settling in.
What is this product?

Why is the bottle so large?
Most ampoules come in 30ml. Seventy is sized for the whole face and neck twice a day without rationing, which is what an all over concern like tone actually needs. If you are stretching it, you are underusing it.
How long before tone looks different?
Six to eight weeks of consistent use. Photograph your face in the same light at the same time of day a month apart, since a daily look in the mirror tells you almost nothing about a slow change.
Morning or night?
Either, and both once your skin is comfortable with it. If you use it in the morning, a sunscreen over the top matters more than the ampoule itself. At night it pairs with your usual cream.
Should I put it only on the dark marks?
No. Spot applying leaves a visible edge where treated skin meets untreated skin. Cover the whole face and take it down over the jaw, which is also what the bottle size is for.
