- Use it as the first step after cleansing, morning and night, on skin that is still wet.
- A coin-sized pool pressed in with the palms, and a second pass over anywhere that feels tight.
- Serum goes on next while the surface is still damp, then a cream over that.
- Twice a day. Do not use a cotton pad with it, because dragging cotton over reactive skin undoes the point of a calming step.
