MEDIHEAL is a sheet mask house first and everything else second, and the unit that matters is the box. Korean shelves sell these ten and thirty at a time, priced per sheet, because a sheet mask in Korea is a twice weekly routine step rather than an occasional indulgence. That pricing convention is the single biggest difference between buying this brand at home and buying it abroad.
The range is organised by what is in the sheet rather than around a hero product, so collagen, ceramide, madecassoside, tea tree, retinol and vitamin C each run as their own line, with pad and patch formats alongside. Sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and adenosine lead the actives.
Does the variant on the box actually change anything?
Less than the packaging implies, and more than nothing. A sheet mask is mostly a water and humectant delivery method, so every variant in this range hydrates and the differences sit at the margin: the ceramide and collagen sheets are the richer ones, the madecassoside and tea tree sheets are the calmer ones, and the retinol and vitamin C sheets are the only ones worth thinking about in terms of an active. Buy the box that matches your skin at its worst, and read the ingredient list rather than the variant name.
Why is a box of thirty the normal size?
Because the routine it is sold into is frequent, and the per sheet price only makes sense in bulk. Export listings usually break the range into fives and singles, which changes the economics of the product entirely and is why sheet masks have a reputation abroad for being a luxury item they do not have in Korea. The boxes here are the Korean boxes, so read the sheet count and the volume together, and each one carries its own barcode.
