How it works

A peel-off mask is a film: it dries into one piece on the skin and comes away in one piece, which is why the layer has to be even and opaque to work at all. This is the glaze mask in COSRX's PDRN line, painted on with a brush rather than spread with fingertips. It goes on clean dry skin after cleansing, and the rest of the routine follows once the film has come off. Skin that looks rough and tired the day before an event is what a mask like this gets bought for. Once or twice a week, and never over broken or freshly exfoliated skin.

Key benefits

  • Sodium DNA, the DNA-derived ingredient behind the PDRN name, is on the list
  • Lactobacillus extracellular vesicles are the exosome-style entry
  • Niacinamide, glutathione and hydrolyzed collagen back the glaze
  • Peels off in a single film, with a brush included for even spreading

How to use

  1. Use the PDRN Exosome Skinplaning Glaze Mask on clean, dry skin, after cleansing and before the rest of the routine.
  2. Paint an even, opaque layer with the brush, keeping clear of the brows, the hairline and the eye area.
  3. Let it set completely, then peel it away from the edges inward and carry on with toner, serum and moisturizer.
  4. Once or twice a week. Do not lift it before it has set; a film that is still wet tears instead of peeling.
