My skin looks fuller, like it drank a glass of water. It's tacky for ten seconds and then it settles and you're done with it. My only complaint is that I want a bigger size, since I go through this fast.
Nothing I've used lately rolls up under my foundation, and this one behaves perfectly. I let it sit for a minute before makeup and it stays put all day. My pores look smaller too, which I didn't ask for but will take.
I was skeptical because the medicube tube is smaller than I expected, and I only used a thin layer after my serum. It went under my foundation without pilling, which I did not expect from a pink moisturizer. My base usually separates a bit, but this kept everything smooth.
