How it works
Squalane leads the ingredient panel on this cream. Squalane is the stable, saturated version of squalene, a lipid human skin already makes. It is a light emollient that absorbs quickly, does not oxidise, and is one of the few oils widely considered safe for blemish-prone skin. Most cosmetic squalane is now from sugarcane or olive rather than shark. On this panel it sits alongside Hydrolyzed Collagen, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Adenosine. Hydrolyzed Collagen is collagen broken into fragments small enough to dissolve in water. It cannot become collagen in skin; what it does is hold water at the surface and leave a smooth, conditioned film.

Squalane
Squalane is the stable, saturated version of squalene, a lipid human skin already makes. It is a light emollient that absorbs quickly, does not oxidise, and is one of the few oils widely considered safe for blemish-prone skin. Most cosmetic squalane is now from sugarcane or olive rather than shark.
Hydrolyzed Collagen
Hydrolyzed Collagen is collagen broken into fragments small enough to dissolve in water. It cannot become collagen in skin; what it does is hold water at the surface and leave a smooth, conditioned film.
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 is a six-amino-acid peptide used for the look of expression lines, particularly around the eyes. It is the peptide sold under the name Argireline and is water soluble and stable.
Adenosine
Adenosine is a nucleoside that Korea's own cosmetic authority recognises as a wrinkle-care functional ingredient, which is why it appears on so many Korean lists at a low level. It is used for the look of fine lines and is stable and well tolerated.
What does Squalane ( 150,000 ppm ) do in this cream?
Squalane sits among the first ingredients on the list. It is a lightweight, non-greasy emollient, and this early a placement means it is doing real work cushioning the formula, not trailing off the list.
Is Betaine also in this formula?
Betaine sits within the first ten ingredients, a humectant and comfort ingredient common across Korean bases. It sits alongside Squalane ( 150,000 ppm ) on S.Nature's ingredient list for this product.
How is this cream used in a routine?
Take an amount about the size of a pea and smooth it evenly over the face and neck as the last step of a routine. It works as the last skincare step, sealing in what came before.
Who is this cream suited for?
Sensitive skin, Normal skin are the best fit for this cream. Patch test on the inner arm before first full use, as with any new skincare product.
