How it works
PDRN Rejuvenating Toner is Genabelle's toner, formulated to resurface the skin with a thin, fast-absorbing layer right after cleansing, prepping it for the richer steps that follow. Panthenol sits right at the top of the ingredient list, just after the base, provitamin B5, supporting barrier softness and easing the look of dryness. Sodium DNA sits right at the top of the ingredient list, just after the base, the salmon-derived polynucleotide (PDRN) this formula is built around, associated with supporting the skin barrier and with plumping. Adenosine sits high on the ingredient list, a wrinkle-care nucleoside, supporting skin's own resilience. Genabelle's PDRN line runs on Sodium DNA, the salmon-derived polynucleotide the brand is best known for, alongside centella and portulaca extracts.
Key benefits
- Panthenol, provitamin B5, supporting barrier softness and easing the look of dryness
- Sodium DNA, the salmon-derived polynucleotide (PDRN) this formula is built around, associated with supporting the skin barrier and with plumping
- Adenosine, a wrinkle-care nucleoside, supporting skin's own resilience
How to use
- Apply it within a minute of cleansing, while the skin is still damp from rinsing.
- Pour a small pool into your palms and press it in with flat hands rather than rubbing.
- Add a second pass and take it over the neck, which is what a bottle this size makes affordable.
- Do not soak a cotton pad with it, because most of the toner stays in the cotton instead of on your face.
Why buy a 300ml bottle?
At that size two passes and the neck stop being an indulgence, which is where most people undersell a first step. A toner used sparingly is usually a toner doing very little.
Hands or cotton pad?
Hands. A cotton pad absorbs most of what you pour, so you use more product for a thinner layer. Pour a small pool into your palms and press it on with flat hands instead.
Do I still need a moisturiser?
Yes. A toner brings water to the surface and a moisturiser keeps it there. Used alone, the water evaporates and the skin can end up feeling tighter than it did beforehand.
Can I use it on my body?
You can, and a bottle this size makes that realistic on the neck, chest and the backs of the hands. Press it on while the skin is damp from a shower and follow with a body cream.
How long does 300ml last?
At twice daily use on the face and neck, around three months. Two full passes each time brings that closer to two. Pressing from the palms rather than soaking cotton stretches it.

Worth knowing
- Follow it with a moisturiser, since a toner brings water and does not hold it.
- Patch test along the jaw for a few days if a toner has stung your skin before.
