- Use it right after cleansing, morning and evening, while the skin is still damp.
- Two or three palmfuls pressed in with flat hands, or one soaked cotton pad swept over the face.
- A bottle this size makes a soaked pad pack practical: lay wet cotton on the cheeks for five minutes on a dry day.
- Twice a day, every day. The soaked pad pack is an extra on top of the ordinary layer rather than a replacement for it.
Worth knowing
- Pat the toner in with palms rather than dragging a cotton pad hard across skin, since friction rather than the formula is what irritates sensitive skin.
- Layer a serum or moisturizer over it while skin is still slightly damp, since a toner alone is not built to be the last step.
