Ceramide NP

- Apply an appropriate amount to either a cotton pad or directly on palms. Gently pad to absorb into skin.
- It goes on before serum and moisturizer, and the damp layer it leaves is what the step above it holds on to.
- Twice a day, every day. Do not let it dry down completely before the next layer goes on, or you lose the reason for applying it to damp skin.
